📍 Office-Based Role (Dubai)

This is an office-based recruitment & sales role, focused on managing and closing candidates for international job opportunities in Europe.

Your responsibilities:

• Identify and communicate with candidates interested in working abroad
• Present clearly the job opportunities and process
• Build trust and handle objections professionally
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Close candidates into signed contracts
• Follow up consistently until conversion

Compensation

• Salary: 4,000 AED/month
• Commission per successfully signed candidate
• High earning potential for top performers

Fixed salary + performance-based bonuses

Required Profile

✔ Mandatory: Experience in international recruitment and study visa

✔ Minimum 3 years relevant experience

✔ Strong communication & persuasion skills

✔ Ability to handle objections and close candidates

✔ Organized, disciplined, and results-oriented
