International Business Development Manager (B2B Partnerships) – MLRD Manufacturing FZ-LLC
We are a rapidly growing hardware startup with full-cycle in-house product development — from concept to mass production. Our innovative gadgets are already sold in 20+ countries. Now we’re looking to scale our international B2B presence by building a powerful global distribution network.
We’re seeking a hands-on, entrepreneurial Business Development Manager who will be responsible for finding, onboarding, and growing international reseller and distributor partnerships.
✅ Key Responsibilities
– Identify and contact potential distribution partners across key global regions
– Build a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, and others
– Launch outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to generate interest
– Prepare and pitch commercial offers, manage negotiation and deal closing
– Set up CRM funnels (Pipedrive, Hubspot), track engagement and progress
– Collaborate with marketing to prepare sales materials and product sheets
– Attend relevant online/in-person trade events and exhibitions
– Ensure partner onboarding, engagement and long-term success
✅ Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales or business development
– Proven experience in physical product sales (electronics, gadgets, hardware)
– Strong communication and negotiation skills in English
– Hands-on experience with outreach and sales automation tools (e.g., Apollo, Lemlist)
– Proficiency with CRM systems (Pipedrive, Hubspot, etc.)
– Self-starter mindset, able to operate independently and deliver measurable results
– Experience in startup or fast-paced environments
✅ Bonus Skills
– Additional languages (Spanish, German, French, etc.)
– Experience building distribution networks or launching global sales
– Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude) for automation and research
– Experience with marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba, etc.)
