Interior Design Project Manager – Advansoft

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interior Design Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in overseeing and managing various interior design projects from conception to completion, ensuring that they align with our clients’ vision and adhere to the highest standards of quality. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, technical knowledge, and project management expertise, allowing them to navigate the complexities of design projects while delivering exceptional results. The Interior Design Project Manager will collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers, fostering strong relationships to achieve seamless project execution. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee interior design projects from initial concept through to final implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and project goals are met.
2. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints, translating their vision into actionable design plans.
3. Develop detailed project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design integrity and compliance with regulatory standards.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any issues, and ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and design specifications, maintaining clear communication with all parties involved.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to provide innovative solutions and recommendations to clients.
8. Prepare and present design proposals and project updates to clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
9. Mentor junior designers and project team members, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as an Interior Design Project Manager, with a strong portfolio showcasing completed projects.
2. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
4. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
5. In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings, along with an understanding of construction processes.
6. A creative mindset with a passion for design and an eye for detail.
7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
9. A relevant degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
