Job Title: Sales Insurance Agent

Reporting To: Manager – PEO Services and Employee Benefits

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Insurance Agent to promote and sell insurance products, including general insurance. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent client relationship abilities, and a focus on meeting individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
  • Promote and sell insurance policies tailored to clients’ needs.
  • Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and terms clearly to clients.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Assist clients with policy applications, renewals, and claims processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales, and leads in the CRM system.
  • Stay informed about new products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and financial planning principles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
