Installation Team Leader – Commercial Kitchens – Alshaya Enterprises

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the installation team, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, leveraging project management tools to track progress.
  2. Conduct site assessments and prepare installation plans, coordinating with clients and other stakeholders to align on specifications and expectations, ensuring clarity and satisfaction.
  3. Oversee the installation of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, thereby minimizing risks and enhancing operational efficiency.
  4. Provide hands-on training and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement to enhance team performance and skillsets.
  5. Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project timelines and resource allocation plans, ensuring optimal utilization of labor and materials for successful project execution.
  6. Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and conducting performance reviews to guide professional development and career progression.
  7. Manage inventory and procurement of installation materials, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available and that costs are controlled effectively.
  8. Resolve any technical issues that arise during installation, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical knowledge to maintain project momentum and client satisfaction.
