Human Resources Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in the retail and wholesale sector. This role is pivotal in shaping our company’s culture, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy, ensuring that HR contributes to achieving organizational goals.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates, while promoting an inclusive hiring culture.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the company.
- Conduct performance management processes, including setting objectives, providing feedback, and facilitating employee development plans.
- Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff to resolve conflicts and enhance workplace morale.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, keeping abreast of changes in legislation and implementing necessary policies.
- Design and implement training and development programs that enhance employee skills and promote career growth.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies.
- Foster a positive workplace culture that encourages employee engagement, diversity, and inclusion.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role in the retail and wholesale industry.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations relevant to the UAE.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficient in HR software and tools for managing employee data and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership and initiative.

- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
