Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Environment, Health & Safety
- Proven experience in industrial brownfield projects
- Preferably from smelter operations, including exposure to energy/power plant areas
- Strong knowledge of:
- Permit-to-Work systems
- Risk assessment & incident investigation
- Contractor safety management
- Industrial safety regulations and compliance
- NEBOSH / IOSH or equivalent certifications preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce site safety compliance
- Conduct inspections, audits, and toolbox talks
- Support safe execution of shutdown and maintenance activities
- Ensure adherence to HSE standards and procedures across site operations
