HR Manager – Travel and Tourism – RTC1 Recruitment Services
- Ensure full compliance with UAE labor laws, manage HR records, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and attendance.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, build talent pipelines, and implement performance management systems with KPIs.
- Identify training needs, implement programs to enhance skills, and drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Advise management, resolve employee issues, improve HR processes, and align HR strategy with business objectives.
