HR Manager (6 day working week)

Estimated Pay: AED 20-25K per month total lump sum, cash package + Single status employee benefits only: visa, annual flight, medical insurance + Bonus

Important Note: This is a 6 day per week job, Sunday to Friday with Saturdays off. Office based. Not remote or hybrid.

Work Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi

Sector: Oil and Gas, Manufacturing

Essential Requirements:

10+ years in HR including 5+ years spent as a HR Manager inside the UAE

Must come from Oil and Gas, industrial, manufacturing, engineering background.

Local UAE and international company work experience in HR is highly preferred

Expertise with UAE labour laws and government portals

Experience dealing with blue collar labourers., including mass scale recruitment campaigns, camp accommodation, insurances, employee relations.

Must have proven track record in running and developing a proper HR function with the implementation of HR policies.

Excellent command of English language both written and verbal. Arabic language is a plus (but not essential)
