HR Generalist – Team Leader

• Lead and manage a team of 5 HR Generalists.

• Oversee full on-boarding and off-boarding processes.

• Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with WPS.

• Review and approve employee letters (salary certificates, NOCs, experience letters, etc.).

• Supervise medical insurance administration including enrollments, claims, and renewals.

• Manage HR-related invoices and vendor coordination.

• Advise management and employees on UAE labor law matters.

• Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure continuous development and efficiency.
