Role Overview
As an HR Executive at Nathan Digital, you will play a client-facing role in supporting the implementation and adoption of HR software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, demonstrate software functionalities, and assist with end-to-end implementation activities. This role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate HR requirements into practical system solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement
- Interact with clients to gather HR process requirements and pain points.
- Conduct HR software demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
- Support client queries and act as the first point of contact during implementations.
Implementation Support
- Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
- Support configuration of HR software modules based on client needs.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report feedback.
Training & Knowledge Sharing
- Deliver training sessions to client HR teams and end-users.
- Prepare training guides, FAQs, and user support documents.
- Provide ongoing support post go-live to ensure smooth adoption.
Data Management & Integration Support
- Assist in data migration from client legacy systems.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across platforms.
- Coordinate with technical teams for system integration needs.
HR Process Expertise
- Apply strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance, leave, etc.) to map processes into software.
- Advise clients on best practices for optimizing HR workflows using technology.
- Stay updated on HR trends and software features to provide added value to clients.
