Job Title: HR Executive

Role Overview

As an HR Executive at Nathan Digital, you will play a client-facing role in supporting the implementation and adoption of HR software solutions. You will work closely with clients to understand their HR processes, demonstrate software functionalities, and assist with end-to-end implementation activities. This role requires strong knowledge of HR operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate HR requirements into practical system solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement

  • Interact with clients to gather HR process requirements and pain points.
  • Conduct HR software demonstrations to showcase features and benefits.
  • Support client queries and act as the first point of contact during implementations.

Implementation Support

  • Assist in preparing project plans, timelines, and documentation.
  • Support configuration of HR software modules based on client needs.
  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and report feedback.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Deliver training sessions to client HR teams and end-users.
  • Prepare training guides, FAQs, and user support documents.
  • Provide ongoing support post go-live to ensure smooth adoption.

Data Management & Integration Support

  • Assist in data migration from client legacy systems.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of HR data across platforms.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for system integration needs.

HR Process Expertise

  • Apply strong knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, payroll, performance, leave, etc.) to map processes into software.
  • Advise clients on best practices for optimizing HR workflows using technology.
  • Stay updated on HR trends and software features to provide added value to clients.
