Profile

A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Demonstrated expertise in HR practices within the financial services industry.Proficiency in analysing HR data to support business decisions.Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulatory compliance.Experience in workforce planning and talent management.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
