Holiday Home Operations Executive – Subarashi Real Estate

The Operations Executive is responsible for the smooth, day-to-day management of Subarashi Holiday Homes’ property portfolio. The role focuses on ensuring each property is guest-ready, managing housekeeping and maintenance standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience. This position requires strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and stakeholders efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Property Readiness & Maintenance

• Conduct pre-arrival inspections to ensure all properties meet required cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards.
• Oversee and coordinate housekeeping schedules, maintenance tasks, and repair works.
• Manage stock and inventory levels for supplies, linens, and guest amenities.
• Ensure all properties remain in optimal condition through regular inspections and follow-up.

Guest Services

• Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including greeting guests, verifying documentation, and providing property information.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, concerns, and emergency situations.
• Deliver consistently high levels of hospitality to ensure guest satisfaction and positive reviews.

Operational Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams such as Guest Relations, Reservations, Sales, and Finance to support smooth operational flow.
• Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Assist with onboarding new units, including setup, staging, and implementation of operating procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including maintenance logs, property status reports, inventory sheets, and guest feedback.
• Ensure all properties and operations comply with relevant UAE holiday home regulations and licensing requirements.
