A trusted manufacturer of rigid plastic packaging for FMCG and pharmaceutical industries based in Sharjah
Job Description:
- Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations across UAE sites with full P&L accountability, driving production, engineering, and maintenance performance.
- Spearhead Lean transformation, OEE optimization, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer standards, strengthening operational discipline and governance.
- Oversee SAP integration, capex projects, plant expansions, and build strong second-line leadership to support the next five-year growth agenda.
