Head of Industrial Coating – RTC1 Recruitment Services
Job Description
§ Oversee end-to-end industrial coating operations, including surface preparation, application methods, curing, inspection, and quality control.
§ Lead the adoption of advanced coating systems (powder coating, protective coatings, anti-corrosion, fireproofing), evaluate new technologies, and optimize processes to enhance durability, performance, and cost efficiency.
§ Manage client relationships, support tendering and proposals for large-scale coating contracts, align solutions with market demand, and collaborate with procurement and sales teams to secure and deliver projects.
§ Direct a multidisciplinary workforce (engineers, inspectors, technicians, supervisors), develop training programs, ensure strict compliance with HSE, environmental, and regulatory requirements, and maintain productivity KPIs.
