General Accountant – RTC1 Recruitment Services

Key Responsibilities:

 knowledge in full cycle of accounting.

 Handle supplier accounts, employee data, and payroll processing.

 Prepare P&L statements, forecasts, cost/revenue/profit analysis, statements of accounts, payables & receivables.

 Perform account reconciliations and consolidation of group balance sheets.

 Ensure accurate financial reporting using Excel & QuickBooks.

 Assist with annual audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure compliance.

 Knowledge of Tax laws, e-filing, online banking, and labour laws.

 Support sourcing/outsourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and cost comparisons.

 Contribute to project leadership, meeting deadlines, and driving results.

 Provide cross-functional admin support when required.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 Fluent in Tagalog, Hiligaynon, or Bisaya

 Non-smoker

 Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

 Experience working in any of the following sectors such as general trading or construction or facility management or cleaning services or multi-group companies or logistics and shipping, car rentals, fact or ties or paint companies or firefighting is a plus.

 Knowledge using QuickBooks or other software such as Zoho or Tally or Sage.
