Food Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Food Warehouse Supervisor to lead the operations of our food storage and distribution facility in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee daily warehouse functions, ensuring efficient handling and storage of food products while maintaining strict compliance with safety and quality regulations of DM & HACCP. This role involves managing inventory, optimizing warehouse organization, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely product distribution. Additionally, the Food Warehouse Manager will be responsible for leading and developing a team to drive operational efficiency and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with safety regulations.
• Supervise the receiving, storage, and distribution of food products while maintaining optimal inventory levels. 
• Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and quality control measures in compliance with DM and HACCP.
• Develop and implement strategies for effective stock management, minimizing waste and preventing stock shortages.
• Work closely with procurement teams to balance inventory levels with demand while avoiding overstocking.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and maintain high operational standards.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and generate reports to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Ensure timely and precise order processing and prompt delivery to customers.
• Coordinate with logistics and transportation teams to streamline product movement.
• Stay informed about industry regulations, emerging trends, and technological advancements to enhance warehouse operations.
