Food Safety/Hygiene Officer – Parx cafe LLC
Conduct regular hygiene inspections of kitchen, café, and storage areas.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, Dubai Municipality, and company standards.
Train and monitor staff on personal hygiene, food handling, and cleaning procedures.
Maintain temperature logs, cleaning schedules, pest control records, and corrective actions.
Coordinate with the municipality and external auditors during inspections.
Report and follow up on any food safety or hygiene non-conformities.
Oversee waste management and ensure safe storage and labeling of food items.
