- Coordinate end-to-end fine art shipments, including packing, customs, air/sea freight, and final delivery.
- Liaise with clients, galleries, museums, and shipping partners to ensure smooth, timely execution.
- Manage documentation (invoices, permits, insurance) and monitor shipments for on-time, secure delivery.
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain service quality, inventory records, and project timelines.
