Develop and implement financial risk management strategies in line with company goals.Monitor and assess financial risks across the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations.Collaborate with internal teams to establish risk mitigation policies and procedures.Analyse market trends and their potential impact on the company’s financial position.Prepare detailed risk reports and present findings to senior management.Provide guidance on financial risk matters to support business decision-making.Ensure the organisation’s financial risk management framework remains robust and effective.Identify opportunities for improving risk management processes within the property sector.
Profile
A successful VP – Financial Risk should have:
Advanced qualifications in economics or statistics.Proven expertise in financial risk management and complex modelling and coding.Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data.Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance requirements.Effective communication and leadership abilities to guide cross-functional teams.A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating potential risks.
Job Offer
