Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Prepare and publish timely financial statements and reports.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies.Coordinate and direct the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.Monitor and manage cash flow and financial risks effectively.Collaborate with management to develop strategies for financial growth.Support external audits and ensure accurate reporting.Implement and maintain robust financial controls and procedures.
Profile
A successful Financial Controller should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance (e.g., ACCA, CPA, or equivalent).Strong knowledge of financial services industry practices and regulations.Proven expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, professional environment.
