Field Sales Executive – Andean Impex General Trading – FZCO

Job Summary

The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying new customers, managing existing accounts, and achieving assigned sales targets. The role involves field sales, distributor/dealer engagement, and retail or B2B customer development for imported FMCG products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new sales opportunities across assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, wholesalers, HoReCa, or B2B clients
  • Promote company products effectively and communicate value propositions clearly
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets (volume, revenue, and coverage)
  • Conduct regular market visits to generate leads and expand distribution
  • Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and availability at customer locations
  • Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and daily activity updates
  • Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth order fulfillment and collections
  • Ensure timely collection of payments in line with company credit policies
