Female Household Manager & Personal Assistant – Alliance Ventura
We are seeking a highly capable and trustworthy Female Household Manager & Personal Assistant to support an international family and act as a right hand to the CEO across both household and business operations.
This is a senior, high-trust role combining household management, family support, and executive assistance. The successful candidate will ensure the seamless day-to-day functioning of the household while also assisting the CEO with operational coordination and administrative oversight across several business activities.
The position requires an individual who is extremely organized, proactive, calm under pressure, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently. Discretion, professionalism, and strong problem-solving ability are essential.

Role Responsibilities
Household Management
The Household Manager will oversee the smooth operation of the family residence and ensure that all household standards are maintained at a high level. Responsibilities include coordinating with household staff such as maids, maintaining organization within the home, overseeing household supplies and logistics, and ensuring the environment remains well-structured and efficient.
The candidate will also assist with family logistics and provide support with the children when required, particularly during travel periods. The role requires someone who is comfortable working around young children and can contribute to a calm, structured household environment.
Executive & Business Support
In addition to managing household operations, the candidate will serve as a Personal Assistant to the CEO, supporting day-to-day business coordination.
Responsibilities may include managing schedules, following up with staff on assigned tasks, assisting with operational organization, coordinating logistics, arranging meetings and appointments, and helping monitor ongoing projects or operational updates such as property occupancy and staff responsibilities.
The role functions as a trusted extension of the CEO, ensuring tasks are executed efficiently and that both personal and professional responsibilities remain organized.
