Job Description:
- Oversee operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the plant’s infrastructure, utilities, and equipment, ensuring safety, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Lead long-term facility planning, manage budgets, optimize costs, and implement sustainability and energy-efficiency initiatives.
- Manage facility engineers, technicians, and support staff; oversee third-party contractors and supplier relationships; foster a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to local and international safety, environmental, and regulatory standards; implement preventive maintenance, emergency response plans, and conduct regular audits and training.
