Executive Business Assistant – Gutmann Middle East

Executive Administration & Strategic Support

• Prepare high-level briefings, dashboards, and executive summaries for leadership meetings.

• Translate leadership vision into actionable plans and track execution.

• Manage priorities, ensuring alignment between leadership focus and operational activities.

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel with a focus on prioritization and efficiency.

• Organize leadership meetings, including agenda setting and tracking action items.

• Handle confidential matters with the highest level of discretion

Operations & Business Performance

• Monitor and track company departments’ deliverables and develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports for management review.

• Monitor the company’s CRM system, generate CRM-based reports and insights to support decision-making and revenue growth strategies.

• Align CRM data with marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

• Support development of customer journey workflows, follow-up systems, and pipeline visibility.

• Identify operational in-efficiencies and recommend actionable improvements.

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and business planning processes.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

• Serve as a key liaison between senior leadership and internal/external stakeholders.

• Coordinate communication across departments to ensure alignment and clarity.

• Prepare professional reports, presentations, and board-level documentation.

Industry & Market Intelligence

• Engage the Sales & Pre-Sales Force on market & industry intelligence to ensure data are well updated in the organization

• Monitor through Sales & Pre-Sales Team Competition Positioning across Business Channels

• Provide insights to support strategic positioning and growth initiatives.

Events & Corporate Initiatives

• Support leadership in industry events, exhibitions, and strategic partnerships.

• Assist in preparing presentations and materials for investors, clients, and partners.

• Contribute to corporate initiatives such as process improvement and digitalization.
