We are seeking a highly organized, professional Executive Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and business support to one of our Founders.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing and diverse organization, working closely with leadership and gaining exposure to multiple sectors.
- Manage the Founder’s daily schedule, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, and reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate communication between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
- Support with documentation, filing, and administrative processes across group companies
- Assist in planning and follow-up on key projects and initiatives
- Maintain organized records and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
