Description
Develop and implement enterprise-wide cloud and infrastructure strategy.Oversee hybrid/multi-cloud environments and ensure high availability and disaster recovery.Lead IT modernisation and intelligent infrastructure provisioning.Ensure cybersecurity compliance and collaborate with national authorities.Establish ITIL-based service management and run a world-class service desk.Manage strategic vendor partnerships and large-scale contracts.Promote emerging technologies and green IT practices.Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and team development.

Profile
15+ years in IT infrastructure, cloud strategy, and digital operations; 5+ years in senior leadership.Proven experience in large-scale cloud migrations and IT modernisation.Strong understanding of cybersecurity, compliance, and multi-cloud environments.Background in government or critical infrastructure sectors.Expertise in vendor management, budgeting, and service excellence.Master’s degree in a relevant field; advanced certifications preferred.
