Driver

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Driver to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service. As a Driver, you will be responsible for transporting clients and goods to various locations while ensuring a high level of professionalism and adherence to traffic regulations. You will be expected to maintain the vehicle in excellent condition, perform routine checks, and report any issues promptly. The position requires excellent navigation skills, knowledge of local routes, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.

Responsibilities:

1. Transport clients and goods safely and efficiently to designated locations within Dubai and surrounding areas.
2. Conduct regular vehicle maintenance checks, ensuring that the vehicle is clean, fueled, and in good working condition.
3. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations, demonstrating a strong commitment to safety at all times.
4. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents that occur on the road.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client needs and inquiries during transportation.
6. Plan and optimize routes to minimize travel time and enhance efficiency.
7. Assist clients with loading and unloading of goods, ensuring that all items are handled with care.
8. Report any vehicle malfunctions or safety concerns to management immediately.
9. Stay updated with local traffic patterns and road conditions to ensure timely arrivals.
10. Participate in training and development programs to enhance driving skills and safety awareness.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a similar role.
2. Excellent knowledge of Dubai’s road network and traffic regulations.
3. Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage positively with clients.
4. Demonstrated commitment to safety and responsible driving practices.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends when necessary.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle unexpected situations calmly.
7. Good physical fitness to assist with loading and unloading of goods.
8. Valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record.
9. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
10. Professional appearance and demeanor, representing the company positively.
