Drafts Man ( Main Contractor ) – CITIC Middle East Contracting L.L.C
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Draftsman to join our pre-construction and design team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming architectural concepts into detailed, accurate, and buildable drawing sets for our prestigious portfolio of high-rise developments.
Key Responsibilities:
Produce detailed architectural drawings, schematics, and layouts for high-rise residential and commercial towers using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure design integrity and compliance with project specifications.
Review and redline drawings, incorporating feedback and changes from various stakeholders.
Ensure all drawings adhere to UAE building codes, standards, and company QA/QC procedures.
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of drawing registers and documentation.
Essential Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Draftsman within the UAE construction industry.
Demonstrable experience working on high-rise building projects is essential.
High proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory. Experience with Revit (BIM) is a significant advantage.
In-depth knowledge of local authority submission procedures and requirements in Dubai/Abu Dhabi.
