Job Description:
- Lead global implementation teams to deliver payroll and SaaS projects on time, within budget, and aligned with client requirements.
- Establish and oversee the Program Management Office (PMO), ensuring strong governance, quality standards, and risk control.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Operations) to improve implementation frameworks and automation processes.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize onboarding, integrations, and end-to-end delivery performance.
