Digital Transformation Manager — Dubai, UAE – Emagine Solutions FZE
We’re hiring a Dubai-based Digital Transformation Manager to lead enterprise-wide transformation across processes, systems, and data. This role is for someone who can shape digital strategy, run multi-million programmes end-to-end, and consistently bridge the gap between operations and technology to deliver measurable performance improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the digital transformation roadmap: prioritise initiatives, define scope, and drive delivery from discovery through implementation
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes, interfaces, and operating models to improve efficiency, control, and scalability
- Translate business needs into clear requirements (BRDs/FRDs, user stories, process maps) and align stakeholders around outcomes
- Manage cross-functional delivery across IT, operations, data/analytics, and external vendors/suppliers
- Establish strong programme governance: milestones, RAID, change control, reporting cadence, and stakeholder updates
- Drive standardisation and continuous improvement across sites/functions to “future-proof” systems and processes
- Ensure solutions align with compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements
- Lead testing strategy, implementation planning, training/adoption, and post-go-live optimisation
