Job Description:
Handle all design and technical documents via Aconex; ensure proper filing and traceability of submissions and correspondences.
Prepare complete operation and maintenance manuals, including updated supplier warranties, for project handover.
Work with suppliers to collect and organize all warranty documents.
Maintain and update the shop drawing log; track submissions, approvals, and follow-ups for timely revisions
