Delivery Consultant (Recruitment / Recruiter) – Emagine Solutions FZE
eMagine Solutions is hiring a Delivery Consultant to join our team in JLT. This is a delivery-focused agency role for someone with at least 12 months’ recruitment agency experience who wants to step into a desk with serious upside including a million-dollar desk opportunity and live mandates ready to run.

Key responsibilities (keywords for LinkedIn Jobs)
- End-to-end delivery recruitment across multiple live roles/mandates
- Candidate sourcing via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, CRM/ATS database search, Boolean/X-ray search
- Headhunting / outbound calling: candidate outreach, screening calls, availability checks, market mapping calls
- Candidate screening & interviewing: phone/video interviews, competency-based interviews, qualification (salary, notice, motivation, location)
- Shortlisting & submissions: CV formatting (where needed), writing candidate summaries, presenting shortlists to hiring managers
- Interview coordination: scheduling, candidate briefing, interview prep, post-interview debriefs and feedback management
- Offer management: offer negotiation, counter-offer handling, acceptance management, start-date coordination
- Reference checks and process documentation
- Pipeline management: maintaining a live candidate pipeline, weekly reporting, and delivery forecasts
- Maintaining accurate notes and activity in the ATS/CRM
- Working to individual and group targets (calls, interviews, CVs sent, shortlists, offers, placements)
