🔹 [KEY REQUIREMENTS[

[ [10+ years[ of hands-on experience in Microsoft SQL Server database administration.

[ Strong expertise in [Epicor ERP[, Engineering (PED), and HR system management/integrations.

[ Proven track record in SQL Server health monitoring, performance tuning, indexing, and backup/recovery strategies.

[ Practical experience with [HA/DR mechanisms[ (Failover, High Availability, Disaster Recovery testing).

[ Proficiency in developing and optimizing [T-SQL queries[, stored procedures, and execution plans.

[ Experience in system integrations, data migration, capacity planning, and security audits.

[ Ability to provide real-time support to business users and perform root cause analysis for critical incidents.

[ Strong knowledge of server maintenance, patching, version upgrades, and database consistency checks (DBCC).

[ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage after-hours support when needed.
