Customer Service Agent – Trend Up Group LLC

We are hiring professional Customer Service Agents in Dubai to handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries across phone, email, and chat channels. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus), the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and experience using CRM or support tools. Responsibilities include assisting customers with product or service-related inquiries, resolving complaints, updating records, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Candidates must be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work flexible shifts including weekends. Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
