- Act as the first point of contact for customers regarding shipping, delivery, and order inquiries.
- Coordinate with operations, warehouse, and transport teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment processing.
- Track and monitor shipments, providing regular updates to customers.
- Handle complaints and resolve service issues in a professional and timely manner.
