Description
Lead the global rollout and migration programme from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to HubSpot across an international network of schools.Partner with senior business leaders across sales, admissions, parent experience, and integration functions to define CRM priorities and solutions.Own CRM product decisions, balancing business requirements, stakeholder expectations, and strategic objectives.Drive requirements gathering, roadmap planning, and delivery governance while working closely with technical and IT teams.Support the development of a scalable global CRM operating model, helping establish best practice, adoption, and process standardisation.

Profile
Proven experience as a CRM Product Manager, CRM Manager, or similar product-focused CRM role.Strong hands-on knowledge of HubSpot, with the ability to challenge technical teams and evaluate solutions effectively.Demonstrated experience managing complex stakeholder groups and influencing without direct authority.Experience leading CRM transformation, migration, or enterprise-wide change programmes, ideally involving multiple business units or regions.Commercially minded, self-driven, adaptable professional who thrives in fast-moving and evolving environments.
