Lead and manage all sales, operations within the country to achieve business goals.Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to a growing and high performing market.Monitor market trends to identify new opportunities and drive business growth.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of the team.Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.Prepare and present regular sales performance reports to senior management (CXO).Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction.
