Key Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) and QHSE procedures
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards, HSE regulations, and client requirements
• Develop and implement QHSE policies, control procedures, and processes
• Manage internal and external QHSE audits and close-out actions
• Establish and monitor monthly QHSE performance programmes and KPIs
• Oversee incident management, investigations, and preventive measures
• Manage vendor and subcontractor QHSE performance
• Coordinate with authorities and regulatory bodies (including Civil Defence)
• Ensure effective environmental control and welfare management
• Provide coaching and mentoring to QHSE teams and project management
• Oversee welding quality control from a QHSE governance perspective
• Support continuous improvement and QHSE culture across the organization
