Job Description:
- Define and lead the Group’s technology strategy across Sudan, UAE, Bahrain, and subsidiaries. Oversee digital banking growth, modernize core banking platforms, and integrate fintech solutions with emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, RPA, and open banking APIs.
- Manage group-wide IT infrastructure (data centers, cloud, networks, disaster recovery), enforce unified governance, and optimize multi-million-dollar budgets. Establish robust cybersecurity frameworks, deploy zero-trust security, and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
- Foster a culture of digital innovation, lead and mentor IT teams across multiple markets, and partner with HR to recruit, retain, and upskill top talent.
- Build strong relationships with regulators, auditors, and external partners. Manage global vendor contracts, fintech partnerships, and technology SLAs.
