Chief Financial Officer – Black & Grey HR
Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business objectives and long-term growth plans.
– Oversee all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and treasury.
– Drive cost optimization initiatives and ensure efficient allocation of resources across retail, distribution, and e-commerce divisions.
– Ensure compliance with financial regulations, governance frameworks, and audit requirements across multiple jurisdictions (GCC, Levant, North Africa).
– Build and manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and optimize capital structure.
– Partner with the CEO and executive leadership team on investment decisions, business expansion, and market entry strategies.
– Provide strategic insights through accurate financial analysis, risk assessment, and reporting to support decision-making.
– Lead the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls, efficiency in financial operations, and talent development.
