Chartering & Commercial Assistant Manager – ZMC
Job Purpose:
To support the commercial and chartering team in managing air cargo charter operations, pricing strategies, and customer relationships. Ensure smooth coordination between clients, carriers, and internal teams to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Chartering Operations:
– Coordinate full and partial air charter flights with airlines and brokers.
– Identify available aircraft and negotiate rates and terms with operators.
– Monitor charter execution from booking to delivery, ensuring all procedures are followed.
– Liaise with ground handling agents, customs, and other stakeholders.
Commercial & Pricing:
– Prepare commercial offers and pricing proposals based on market trends and customer needs.
– Analyze cost structures to ensure competitive and profitable rates.
– Assist in RFQs, tenders, and contract preparation.
– Maintain rate databases and monitor carrier tariffs and seasonal fluctuations.
