include ultra HNIs, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and stateless individuals seeking mobility, security, and

In the next two years the plan is to expand and open offices in Hong Kong, Istanbul, London, Miami and Paris.
Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the firm. The ideal candidate
will have deep expertise in investment migration services, an excellent track record in scaling businesses, and
strong relationships with government and high-net-worth clients. The CEO will be responsible for setting the
strategic direction, driving revenue growth, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading a high-performing
multicultural team.
The role will have 3-4 people report directly and a total team size of over 30 people.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute the long-term strategic plan to achieve business objectives and expand global
footprint.
• Lead and grow a high-performing leadership team across client advisory, legal, operations, and sales.
• Oversee financial performance, including P&L management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with government authorities, regulatory bodies, and international
partners.
• Ensure compliance with relevant international immigration laws and Citizenship by Investment program
regulations.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in front of media and institutional
stakeholders.
Expectations
The success of the CEO will be measured by clear, strategic, and outcome-driven KPIs across revenue, market
expansion, client acquisition, compliance, and brand growth.
1. YOY revenue Growth measured by top-line sales, revenue per client, and conversion rates.
2. Market Expansion & Channel Development measured by new markets activated, partnerships signed & lead
generation channels built
3. YOY HNW/UHNW Client Acquisition – client onboarding numbers, referral rated
4. Government & Institutional Partnerships – strategic government / institutional relationships
