Call Center Representative – Sharmax Motors

As a Сall Сenter Representative you will be the frontline of an organization. Call Center Representatives complete customer service tasks that ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Escalate customer inquries to other departments and team members when necessary
  • Provide friendly, courteous service to customers at all times and ensure they finish their call with you satisfied and happy
  • Keep customers’ information accurate and up to date on the CRM system
  • Work in line with company KPI’s regarding call volume and service levels
  • Collaborate with other call center representative to improve customer service
