About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Program Manager / Entrepreneur Manager to drive our affiliate partnerships and support entrepreneurial initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, capable of building strong relationships, managing affiliate networks, and creating strategies to maximize growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and grow the company’s affiliate program.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and entrepreneurial partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, entrepreneurs, and partners.
- Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance, conversions, and ROI.
- Design and implement strategies to increase affiliate engagement and revenue.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to entrepreneurial partners to maximize their success.
- Plan and organize events, webinars, and workshops for affiliates and entrepreneurs.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor programs to continuously improve strategies.
