Business Development Specialist / Researcher – Emagine Solutions FZE

Are you passionate about driving business growth and connecting with decision-makers? eMagine Solutions Dubai’s leading authority in recruitment and talent acquisition is seeking a proactive Business Development Specialist / Researcher to fuel our client pipeline and support our continued expansion across the Middle East.

About the Role:

As a key member of our business development team, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, booking high-quality meetings, and presenting eMagine’s unique value proposition to potential clients. This is an ideal role for an ambitious SDR or junior business developer ready to make their mark in a dynamic, tech-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Book meetings with HR and business leaders at target companies across multiple sectors.
  • Present eMagine Solutions’ services in a compelling, consultative manner—both virtually and in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and pipeline progress using CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest sales techniques, tools, and market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with senior consultants and leadership to refine sales messaging and strategies.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in business development, sales, or SDR roles (B2B, recruitment, or professional services preferred).
  • Proven success in booking meetings and generating qualified leads.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills—comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.
  • Familiar with modern sales tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM platforms, email sequencing).
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable to fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Knowledge of the UAE/Middle East market is a plus.
