Business Development Executive – TGS Koya Chartered Accountants
The Business Development Executive plays a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of our financial auditing services in Dubai. This position requires a dynamic individual who is not only skilled in relationship building but also possesses a deep understanding of the financial auditing landscape. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategies to enhance our market presence. The role demands a proactive approach to sales and marketing, ensuring that our services meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the financial auditing sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Attend industry events and networking functions to promote our services.
- Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform business strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and client needs.
Preferred Candidate:
- Proven experience in business development (UAE), preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with financial auditing processes and regulations.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
