Business Development Executive – TASC Outsourcing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard new marketplace sellers through field visits, referrals, and competitor platforms.
  • Present the marketplace value proposition (reach, fulfillment model, commissions, and growth support).
  • Ensure completion of onboarding requirements including catalog readiness, pricing standards, KYC, and operational setup.
  • Manage a portfolio of onboarded sellers for at least three months to stabilize and scale their business before transitioning them to the Account Management team.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–4 years of experience in Business Development, Seller Acquisition, or Field Sales.
  • Background in e-commerce, FMCG, distribution, or retail is an advantage
