Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client banking needs.
- Maintain ongoing communication to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Address client queries promptly and professionally.
Banking Coordination & Documentation
- Coordinate with various banks for account opening and service requests.
- Prepare credit proposal packages including financial analysis, risk summaries, and supporting reports.
- Liaise with bank teams to facilitate credit approval processes.
Operational Oversight
- Monitor timelines and ensure banking approvals are completed within agreed schedules.
Relationship Building
- Develop strong working relationships with relationship managers within multiple banks.
- Represent the company professionally in all external meetings and discussions.
