• Handled service advisory for premium German cars (Mercedes, Mercedes, BMW, Rolls Royce, Jaguar, Mini, Range Rover, Audi, etc).

• Coordinated with workshop managers and prepared repair orders for customer approval.

• Processed and recorded insurance claims and prepared accident quotations.

• Translated customer concerns into standard repair terminology and explained technical issues in customer-friendly language.

• Assigned jobs to technicians, ensuring timely completion and quality repairs.

• Prepared and submitted weekly quality control reports to workshop managers.
